Welcome to Audivise (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App is a speech-to-text tool based on on-device AI technology, providing real-time speech transcription, audio/video-to-text conversion, synchronized text-audio preview, multi-format export, and other features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use this App. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy in its entirety before using this App. By using this App, you agree that we may process your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
This App does not integrate any advertising SDKs, does not perform user behavior analytics or tracking, does not engage in cross-app or cross-website tracking, and does not share your personal information with data brokers.
1.1 Email Address: Used for account registration, login, and identity verification. When you use "Sign in with Apple" and choose "Hide My Email," we will receive a private relay email address provided by Apple (@privaterelay.appleid.com), treat it as a valid email address, and will not refuse your login on that basis.
1.2 Name: When you use "Sign in with Apple" and choose to share your name, we will record the name you authorize (provided by Apple only once upon first authorization). You may also set or change your nickname within the App.
1.3 User ID: We assign each registered user an internal user identifier (UUID) to distinguish users on our servers and associate their account data and subscription status. This identifier is not shared with any third party.
1.4 Purchase History: When you subscribe to VIP services via Apple In-App Purchase, we receive and store the subscription receipt returned by Apple, order identifiers, subscription product IDs, and expiration times, which are used to activate membership benefits, identify renewals, and process refunds. We do not collect your bank card numbers, payment passwords, or any financial account information; all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.
1.5 Microphone Audio: When you use the real-time speech transcription feature, this App captures audio through the microphone. Your audio data is processed entirely on your device by the built-in AI engine; audio is never uploaded to our servers and is never sent to any third party. After transcription is complete, the original audio is saved locally or discarded according to your actions.
1.6 Imported Media Files: When you import audio or video files for transcription, file reading and AI transcription processing are completed entirely on your device, and file contents are never uploaded to our servers and are never sent to any third party.
1.7 Transcription Results: Text generated from speech transcription is stored locally on your device. You may choose to export transcription results in formats such as plain text or SRT subtitles via the share feature; export actions are initiated and controlled solely by you.
To help you better understand this App's privacy practices, we do not collect the following information:
3.1 Microphone Permission: Used for the real-time speech transcription feature. Your audio is processed only locally and is never uploaded to any server. You may disable this permission at any time in system settings; after disabling it, real-time transcription will be unavailable, but other features will not be affected.
3.2 File/Media Library Access Permission: Used to import audio or video files for transcription. Access occurs only when you actively select a file; file contents are never uploaded to any server.
4.1 To create and manage your personal account and provide login and identity verification services.
4.2 To process VIP subscription orders, verify subscription status, and provide paid membership benefits.
4.3 To identify and prevent violations and to protect account and service security.
4.4 All of the above information processing is used solely for App functionality itself, and is not used for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or training any machine learning models.
5.1 Your account information (email, nickname, subscription status, etc.) is stored on our servers; transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Sensitive fields such as passwords are stored in the database as salted hashes and are never stored in plaintext.
5.2 Your audio data, imported media files, and transcription results are all stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
5.3 We authorize only necessary development and operations personnel to access server data, and maintain access controls and audit mechanisms.
5.4 We will not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information to any third party.
5.5 Unless clearly required by laws and regulations or lawfully requested by judicial authorities, we will not disclose your personal information to any external organization.

6.2 The above basic service providers are independent data controllers, and their processing of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
7.1 Sign in with Apple: Used for identity verification. Information exchanged between you and Apple is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
7.2 Apple In-App Purchase: Used to process membership subscription payments. Subscription receipts are generated by Apple and sent to us for membership activation.
7.3 On-device AI Engine: This App's core speech-to-text functionality runs entirely on your device and does not rely on any cloud AI services. Your audio data and transcription results never leave your device, and there is no sharing of data with third-party AI service providers.
7.4 If cloud services or third-party services are added in the future, we will notify you through prominent in-App notices when updating this Privacy Policy, and will seek your consent again regarding the related data processing.
8.1 Access: You may view your account information and subscription status within the App at any time.
8.2 Modification: You may modify your nickname and other basic profile information within the App.
8.3 Data Management: You may manage and delete locally stored transcription records and audio files within the App.
8.4 Account Deletion: You may request account deletion in the App under "Settings → Delete Account." After account deletion, your email, name, user ID, and other server-side data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered; locally stored transcription records on your device are not affected by account deletion and may be deleted by you; subscription receipts may be retained for a necessary period due to legal, regulatory, and tax record requirements before deletion.
8.5 Revoking Sign in with Apple Authorization: You may revoke this App's authorization in iOS under "Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Apps Using Apple ID."
8.6 Canceling Subscription: VIP subscriptions may be canceled at any time in iOS under "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions."

9.1 This App recommends that minors under the age of 18 use it under the guidance of a guardian.
9.2 We do not actively collect sensitive personal information of minors.
9.3 If a guardian discovers that we have collected a minor's personal information without valid guardian consent, please contact us using the contact information in Section 11 of this Policy, and we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
10.1 We may update this Privacy Policy based on business adjustments or legal and regulatory requirements. After updates, we will publish the revised policy on this page and update the "Effective Date."
10.2 In the event of material changes (such as new types of information collected or new third parties with whom information is shared), we will notify you through prominent in-App notices or post-login reminders, and will seek your consent again for material changes involving the sharing of personal information.
10.3 Your continued use of this App indicates your agreement to the updated Policy; if you do not agree, you may stop using the App and delete your account in accordance with Section 8.
